الكولونيل شربل بركات/02 آذار/2026 فخامة الرئيس في ظل الأحداث الجارية والتي تبشر بسقوط حكم الطغات في المنطقة وزوال قوتهم واستغلالهم لسذاجة المواطنين، وفي وقت لم ينته لبنان من مداوات جراحه العميقة بعد والتي تسبب بها عملاء ومرتزقة نظام الملالي، وفور أعلان الحكومة عن امساكها بقراري الحرب والسلم، قامت العصابة المسلحة الخارجة على القانون بتحدي سلطتها واطلاق الصواريخ والمسيرات وتبنيها بكل وقاحة في بيان علني صادر عن قيادتها، وذلك بناءعلى أوامر من طهران لا تأخذ بعين الاعتبار اي من مصالح لبنان وشعبه. لقد تحمّل شعب لبنان الكثير من المظالم التي تسبب بها هؤلاء القتلة وأمثالهم منذ نصف قرن لم يسمحوا خلاله بقيام دولة ولا سلطة قادرة على تحمّل المسؤولية الوطنية ومنع التعديات على الآمنين في الداخل والخارج. لقد آن الأوان اليوم، بوجود اجماع دولي واقليمي على التخلص من هذا الورم السرطاني مرة لكل المرات والالتحاق بقطار السلام الواعد بمستقبل زاهر، للتحرك بالاتجاه الصحيح. ومن هنا فواجب رئيس البلاد التحلي بالرؤية وبعد النظر والقيام بالخطوات التي تسهم في خلاص لبنان وشعبه من الاخطار المحدقة به وتجنبه السقوط مجددا بدوامة العنف. فيا فخامة الرئيس لا تجعل الفرصة المتاحة تضيع على شخصك وعلى اللبنانيين، فأنت قائد السفينة والعارف بكافة التفاصيل، وأنت المتخرج من مدرسة المغاوير ومؤسسة الوفاء، ولست ممن تلطخ تاريخه بروائح الفساد، وقد حملت شرف الانتماء إلى بلدة جنوبية تحمّلت المجازر ولم يخن أهلها الأمانة ولا تخلوا عن الوطن. فليكن موقفك حازما ورؤيوي يذكّر بالرجال الكبار الذين يبنون الأمم ويسهمون بتقدمها وريادتها. ونحن ننتظر أن تقوم حكومة برئاستكم بما يلي: – الاعلان عن منظمة ما يسمى بحزب الله تنظيما ارهابيا خارجا على القانون – منع وزرائه ونوابه من المشاركة بتمثيل الأمة – اعلان حالة الطوارئ في البلاد بكل ما تتطلبه من أوامر وأحكام – التنسيق مع القوات الحليفة للسيطرة على كل نقاط التخريب وعناصرها والقيام بضبطها ومنع اي تجاوز ليكون لبنان حكومة وشعبا معتبرين ضمن تحالف الدول الصانعة لمستقبل الشرق الأوسط لا تابعا بدون صوت أو رأي ينتظر من يخلّصه من الأشرار ويتحمل نتائج أعمالهم، ومن ثم يتلقى ما يرمى له من الفتات. فإذا كان رئيس الحكومة ووزرائها عازمين على تخليص البلاد من الشرور وتجاوز المحنة الحالية، فإن الأفضل أن يتم ذلك بتضافر الجهود والتماسك كما يجري بين شعوب المنطقة حاليا، وإلا فليستقيل من يخاف مواجهة الأشرار الذين دمروا البيوت والمؤسسات وتعوّدوا على نهب الدولة وتنفيذ الأوامر بدون راي ولا وخذ ضمير. وإذا كان هناك في مراكز القرار ضمن المؤسسات الحكومية أو القوى المسلحة من لا يزال يحافظ على علاقات مشبوهة مع منظومة الأشرار ولا يرغب بتغيير رأيه، فالمطلوب منه التنحي طوعا قبل أن يصله الابعاد القسري، فتنظيف المؤسسات ضروري، وتماسك السلطة يؤمنه وضوح القرار وعدم التردد بتسمية الأشياء بأسمائها، وزمن التراخي والتلاعب قد ولّى. لننتهي من زمن التقهقر والتزلم والانتظار.

Your Excellency Mr. President, In light of the ongoing events that signal the collapse of tyrannical regimes in the region — and the decline of their power built on exploiting the naivety of citizens — and at a time when Lebanon has yet to heal from its deep wounds inflicted by the agents and mercenaries of the Iranian clerical regime, we witnessed a grave development. Shortly after the government announced that it had assumed sole authority over decisions of war and peace, an armed group (Hezbololah) operating outside the law openly defied the state’s authority by launching rockets and drones, brazenly claiming responsibility in a public statement issued by its leadership. These actions were carried out on orders from Tehran, with no regard for Lebanon’s interests or those of its people. For half a century, the Lebanese people have endured injustice and suffering caused by these killers and others like them. Throughout this period, they prevented the establishment of a sovereign state and a responsible authority capable of safeguarding national interests and protecting civilians at home and abroad. Today, with growing regional and international consensus on the need to eliminate this destructive force once and for all and to join the promising path of peace and prosperity, the time has come to act decisively. It is the duty of the President of the Republic to demonstrate foresight, vision, and courage, and to take the necessary steps to free Lebanon and its people from the dangers that threaten them and to prevent the country from once again descending into a spiral of violence. Your Excellency, do not allow this historic opportunity to slip away — neither for yourself nor for the Lebanese people. You are the captain of the ship and fully aware of the details. You are a graduate of the Commando School and an institution of loyalty, and your record has not been stained by corruption. You carry the honor of belonging to a southern town that endured massacres without betraying the nation or abandoning its duty. Let your position be firm and visionary — worthy of the great leaders who build nations and advance them toward progress and leadership. We therefore await that the government under your leadership take the following steps: Declare the organization known as Hezbollah a terrorist entity operating outside the law. Prevent its ministers and members of parliament from representing the Lebanese people. Declare a state of emergency throughout the country, with all necessary measures and provisions. Coordinate with allied forces to secure and control all centers of sabotage and their operatives, ensuring accountability and preventing further violations — so that Lebanon, both government and people, may stand as a respected member among nations shaping the future of the Middle East, rather than remaining a voiceless subordinate awaiting rescue from those who bring destruction and then living with the consequences of their actions. If the Prime Minister and his cabinet are truly determined to free the country from this ordeal and overcome the current crisis, then such efforts must be carried out with unity and cohesion, as is happening among other peoples of the region today. Otherwise, those who fear confronting the forces that have destroyed homes and institutions, looted the state, and executed foreign agendas without conscience or accountability should resign. Furthermore, if any individuals within government institutions or the armed forces continue to maintain questionable ties with this destructive network and refuse to change course, they should step aside voluntarily before being removed by force. Cleaning state institutions is essential. The unity and strength of authority depend on clarity of decision and the courage to call things by their proper names. The era of hesitation and manipulation has passed. Let us put an end to the time of retreat, subservience, and waiting.
السيرة الذاتية للكولونيل شربل بركات خبير عسكري، كاتب، شاعر، مؤرخ، ومعلق سياسي *ضابط متقاعد من الجيش اللبناني *متخرج من المدرسة الحربية ومجاز بالعلوم السياسية والادارية من الجامعة اللبنانية *كلف كأحد الضباط لتنظيم الدفاع عن القرى الحدودية منذ 1976 *تسلم قيادة تجمعات الجنوب *تسلم قيادة القطاع الغربي في جيش لبنان الحر وأصبح مساعدا للرائد سعد حداد ثم تسلم قيادة الجيش بالوكالة عندما مرض الرائد حداد واستمر بعد وفاته حتى مجيء اللواء أنطوان لحد فأصبح مساعده ثم قائدا للواء الغربي في جيش لبنان الجنوبي *ترك العمل العسكري في 1988 وتسلم العلاقات الخارجية *شهد أمام لجنة العلاقات الخارجية في مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي مرتين *كاتب سياسي وباحث في التاريخ له الكثير من الكتب والمقالات السياسية التاريخية والانسانية نشر كتابه الأول “مداميك” (1999) الذي يحكي عن المنطقة الحدودية ومعاناة أهلها، ترجم إلى العبرية ونشرته معاريف (2001) والانكليزية (2012) Madameek – Courses – A struggle for Peace in a zone of war موجود على Amazon Books *نشر كتابه الثاني “الجنوب جرحنا وشفانا” الذي يشرح الأحداث التي جرت في المنطقة بين 1976 – 1986 *الكتاب الثالث “Our Heritage” كتاب بالانكليزية يلخص التراث اللبناني مع رسومات لزيادة الاستيعاب موجه للشباب المغترب *كتابه السياسي الثالث “لبنان الذي نهوى” (2022) جاهز للطبع *كتاب مجزرة عين إبل 1920 وهو بحث تاريخي عن المجزرة التي ساهمت في نشوء وتثبيت لبنان الكبير *كتاب “المقالات السياسية 2005 – 2013” مئة ومقالة منشور على صفحته *كتاب “الشرق الأوسط في المخاض العسير” مجموعة مقالات سياسية (2013 – 2025) *كتاب “العودة إلى عين إبل” بحث تاريخي بشكل قصصي عن تاريخ المنطقة بين 1600 – 1900 *كتاب شعر عن المعاناة خلال الحرب الكبرى 1914 – 1918 من خلال قصيدة زجلية نقدية جاهز للطبع *كتاب “تاريخ فناء صور الخلفي” بحث تاريخي عن المنطقة الجنوبية – قيد الانجاز *كتاب المقالات الانسانية وكتاب عينبليات قيد الانجاز
