ليت ترسيم الحدود بين «حزب الله» والجيش اللبناني يكفل الأمان للشعب اللبناني كما كفله للشعب الإسرائيلي، بدلاً من تهديدات السلاح الموضوع على رقبته مهدداً إياه باغتيالات تارة، وبتفجيرات تأخذ العشرات، بل مئات تارة أخرى.
التفاهمات بين «حزب الله» والجيش الإسرائيلي واضحة جداً وعلنية، على الأقل من الجانب الإسرائيلي، آخرها تصريح الناطق بلسان الجيش، دانيال هجري، في حديث مع إذاعة الجيش، قائلاً إنه لا يريد أن يدخل المواطنون في حالة ضغط، لأن الجيش يبذل جهوداً خارقة لحماية أمنهم. وقال إنه ليس في كل استفزاز لـ«حزب الله» ينجر الجيش. وضرب مثلاً على ذلك بالخيمة التي نصبها «حزب الله» على الحدود، فقال: «أجل، هذا استفزاز، ولكن ليس لدرجة أن نشعل حرباً بسببه». بل عده تهديداً هامشياً! ثم أضاف أن الجيش الإسرائيلي «يعمل كل ما في وسعه لئلا تنشب حرب».
ليس هناك ضمان لـ«حزب الله» أكثر من هذا الضمان، خاصة أن هناك اتفاقية ترسيم الحدود البحرية لتقاسم حقل كاريش، اعترف فيها «حزب الله» بإسرائيل كطرف مقابل للطرف اللبناني، بعد أن كان يدعي طوال الوقت أنه لم يعترف ولن يعترف بالكيان الإسرائيلي، وها هي إسرائيل بالمقابل تؤكد أنها لا تريد حرباً ولن تنجر للحرب! ما يعني أن «الاستفزازات» التي يقوم بها «حزب الله» لا تشكل تهديداً حقيقياً، إنما هامشياً كما وصفه الناطق الرسمي للجيش الإسرائيلي، بما معناه أن إسرائيل تنظر إلى «المقاومة اللبنانية» على أنها تهديد هامشي.
وبما أن هناك هدوءاً وضمانات معلنة من الجانب الإسرائيلي على الحدود اللبنانية الإسرائيلية بين طرفي المعادلة؛ «حزب الله» من جهة، والجيش الإسرائيلي من الجهة الأخرى، فإنه لا يمكن أن يحدث ذلك، لولا أن الضمانات «متبادلة»، أي يقابلها ضمان من «حزب الله» ألا يبدأ حرباً مع إسرائيل، وليس هناك دليل على هذه الضمانات أكثر من تجنب «حزب الله» اتهام إسرائيل بشكل واضح بانفجار مرفأ بيروت، وهي النظرية الأكثر منطقياً ورواجاً، لأنه يعرف أن الاتهام المباشر لإسرائيل سيتطلب تبعات وردة فعل، هو لا يريدها.
جميع التصريحات التي خرج بها مسؤولو الحزب خلت من الاتهام المباشر، ومنها ذلك التصريح في أغسطس (آب) عام 2020 الذي لمح فيه من بعيد بمسؤولية إسرائيل، لكنه ترك خطاً للرجعة حين وضع له شرط «إذا»، فقال الأمين العام لـ«حزب الله» حسن نصر الله، للحديث عن فرضية وقوف إسرائيل خلف الانفجار، متوعداً بمحاسبتها «إذا» ثبت تورطها في الانفجار، ومحذراً من أن قوى سياسية تضع لبنان عند حافة الحرب الأهلية. وكيف سيثبت هذا الشرط، وهو ما زال يتدخل في سير التحقيق في تفجير المرفأ، حتى بعد مرور عامين عليه؟!!
الفارق بين هدوء الجبهة الإسرائيلية و«حزب الله»، وبين جبهة «حزب الله» والشعب اللبناني كبير جداً، ما يعبر عن احترام «حزب الله» لاتفاقياته مع الجيش الإسرائيلي، وعكس ذلك مع الجيش اللبناني، يا ترى من يقاوم «حزب الله»؟‘

He said that not every provocation of “Hezbollah” drags the army. Then he added that the Israeli army “is doing everything in its power to prevent war.”
There is no guarantee for “Hezbollah” more than this guarantee, especially since there is an agreement demarcating the maritime borders to share the Karish field, in which “Hezbollah” recognized Israel as a counterpart to the Lebanese side, after it had been claiming all along that it did not and would not recognize the Israeli entity. And here is Israel, on the other hand, confirming that it does not want war and will not be dragged into war! This means that the “provocations” carried out by “Hezbollah” do not constitute a real threat, but rather a marginal one, as described by the official spokesman of the Israeli army, which means that Israel views the “Lebanese resistance” as a marginal threat.
And since there is calm and declared guarantees from the Israeli side on the Lebanese-Israeli borders between the two sides of the equation; “Hezbollah” on the one hand, and the Israeli army on the other, because this could not have happened, had it not been for the “mutual” guarantees, that is, a corresponding guarantee from “Hezbollah” that it would not start a war with Israel, and there is no evidence of these guarantees more than avoiding Hezbollah has clearly accused Israel of the Beirut port explosion, which is the most logical and popular theory, because it knows that direct accusation of Israel will require consequences and a reaction, which it does not want.
All the statements made by the party’s officials were devoid of direct accusation, including that statement in August 2020 in which he hinted from afar of Israel’s responsibility, but he left a line of return when a “if” condition was set for him, so the Secretary-General of “Hezbollah” said. Hassan Nasrallah, to talk about the hypothesis that Israel was behind the explosion, vowing to hold it accountable “if” its involvement in the explosion is proven, and warning that political forces are putting Lebanon on the brink of civil war. How will this condition be proven, while it is still interfering with the progress of the investigation into the port bombing, even after two years have passed?!!
The difference between the calmness of the Israeli front and Hezbollah, and between the Hezbollah front and the Lebanese people is very large, which reflects Hezbollah’s respect for its agreements with the Israeli army, and the opposite with the Lebanese army. Who is resisting Hezbollah? !!
