لا دولة في لبنان. هناك احتلال إيراني كامل بواسطة حزب الله، وحكومتان: حكومة ظاهرية في بعبدا والسراي برئاسة جوزيف عون ونواف سلام، وحكومة فعلية تحكم هي الثنائي الشيعي – حزب الله وحركة أمل – المرتبط مباشرة بالحرس الثوري الإيراني. كل ما يجري منذ أسابيع يؤكد هذه الحقيقة.
من ميدالية رودولف هيكل… إلى ميداليات 3 أمنيين يعملون في الضاحية
بعد فضيحة الروشة، حيث رفض قائد الجيش العماد رودولف هيكل تنفيذ قرار الحكومة بمنع حزب الله من إقامة احتفال واستخدام صخرة الروشة لإضاءة صورة حسن نصرالله، وسمح لمسؤول الحزب وفيق صفا بإقامة الاحتفال، قام الرئيس جوزيف عون بتكريمه بميدالية بدلاً من محاسبته.
اليوم يتكرر المشهد نفسه، لكن أخطر: ثلاثة مسؤولين أمنيين رسميين تحدوا الدولة التي تصنف حزب الله ميليشيا خارجة عن القانون وعدوة للبنان، وشاركوا علناً في إحياء الذكرى الثانية لاغتيال الإرهابي العالمي والجهادي الإيراني حسن نصرالله الذي قُتل في 27 أيلول 2024 هم: نائب المدير العام لجهاز أمن الدولة، العميد مرشد سليمان، وقائد سرية الضاحية في قوى الأمن الداخلي ومسؤول مكتب معلومات الأمن العام في الضاحية. العميد مرشد سليمان لم يكتفِ بالمشاركة، بل غرّد بعد ساعات من حضوره الاحتفال متحدياً رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس الحكومة وكل القرارات المحلية والدولية فكتب يقول: “لما الشخص منا بيشلح تيابو بيعرى. هيك ربينا وهيك نحنا وهيك منموت”. وذلك رغم وجود تعميم غير رسمي “إيحاء” يقضي بعدم مشاركة قادة الأجهزة العسكرية والأمنية في مناسبات حزب الله.
أين الدولة؟ الدولة هي حزب الله
لن نسأل أين الدولة، لأنها هي حزب الله وبري والدولة العميقة. أي دولة الثنائي الشيعي. هكذا كانت منذ العام 2005، عقب الانسحاب السوري وهكذا هي الآن في ظل حكومة نواف سلام والرئيس جوزيف عون وحكومة مستشاريه الودائع من قبل الثنائي الشيعي وربع الطرواديين والإسخريوتيين.
ما يؤكد ذلك:
أ- انسحاب الوفد اللبناني من قاعة الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة قبل أيام خلال إلقاء رئيس وزراء إسرائيل بنيامين نتنياهو خطابه، في حركة استعراضية إيرانية لا تخدم لبنان.
ب- خطاب نواف سلام في الأمم المتحدة كان فلسطينياً أكثر منه لبنانياً، متجاهلاً الاحتلال الإيراني للبنان ومأساة اللبنانيين.
ج- مقالة جان عزيز الأخيرة في مجلة Just Security التي كشفت ازدواجية الخطاب الرسمي، وعهر الوزير طارق متري بإشادته بـ “لبنانية حزب الله” رغم أنه جيش إيراني بكل المعايير والقرارات الدولية.
القائمة تطول، وكلها تؤكد شروداً وطنياً كاملاً لكل المسؤولين في دولة حزب الله.
حقيقة الولاء المزدوج في المؤسسة العسكرية
نذكر هنا بما ادعاه مراراً مسؤولون إيرانيون كبار وقادة من حزب الله بأن شيعة الجيش اللبناني ضباطاً وجنوداً يقبضون معاشات شهرية بالدولار من إيران، وأن ولاءهم لها وليس للبنان، وأنهم لن يشاركوا بأي عمل عسكري لتجريد حزب الله من سلاحه تطبيقاً للقرارات الدولية 1559 و1680 و1701 واتفاق الطائف والدستور. مشاركة هؤلاء الضباط الثلاثة في ذكرى نصرالله تثبت أن هذا الولاء المزدوج لم يعد سراً، بل استعراض علني.
الدولة تتهرب من السلام
الدولة التي أُجبرت دولياً وإقليمياً على بدء محادثات سلمية مع دولة إسرائيل وفق آلية التفاوض واتفاقية الإطار Framework Agreement، تخلت علناً عن هذا المسار. هي ترفض تطبيق اتفاقية الإطار، وتسوّق لسلاح حزب الله وتغطي احتلاله، وتستمر في سياسة النأي عن تطبيق القرارات الدولية.
الخلاصة
يتأكد المؤكد: عون وسلام وحكومة سلام هم طرابيش ووجوه بربارة، ينفذون ولا يقررون. الحاكم الفعلي لا يزال الثنائي الشيعي والحكومة العميقة.
من هنا لن نستغرب ولن نفاجأ في حال استدعى جوزيف عون المسؤولين الأمنيين الثلاثة إلى قصر بعبدا وقدم لهم ميداليات تقديراً لتصرفهم المعادي للدولة والملتصق بحزب الله، كما فعل سابقاً مع رودولف هيكل.
لا أمل ولا رجاء من هذه الدولة.
المطلوب تحديداً من جوزيف عون وحكومة نواف سلام الاستقالة فوراً، ووضع لبنان تحت الوصاية الدولية وتطبيق البند السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وإلا فلا خلاص ولا تحرير ولا استقلال ولا لبنان.

There is no state in Lebanon. There is a full Iranian occupation by proxy through Hezbollah, and two governments: a façade government in Baabda and the Grand Serail headed by Joseph Aoun and Nawaf Salam, and a real government that actually rules, which is the Shiite Duo – Hezbollah and Amal – directly linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.Everything that has been happening for weeks confirms this truth.
From Rudolph Haykal’s medal… to medals for 3 security officers working in Dahiyeh
After the Raouche scandal, where Army Commander General Rudolph Haykal refused to implement the government’s decision to prevent Hezbollah from holding a celebration and using the Raouche Rock to project an image of Hassan Nasrallah, and allowed Hezbollah official Wafiq Safa to hold the celebration, President Joseph Aoun honored him with a medal instead of holding him accountable.
Today the same scene is repeated, but more dangerously: three official security officials defied the state which classifies Hezbollah as an outlaw militia and an enemy of Lebanon, and participated publicly in commemorating the second anniversary of the assassination of the global terrorist and Iranian jihadist Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed on September 27, 2024. They are: The Deputy Director General of State Security, Brigadier General Morshed Sleiman, the Commander of the Dahiyeh Company in the Internal Security Forces, and the head of the General Security Information Office in Dahiyeh. Brigadier General Morshed Sleiman was not content with participating, but tweeted hours after attending the celebration, defying the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, and all local and international resolutions, writing: “When one of us takes off his clothes, he becomes naked. This is how we were raised, this is how we are, and this is how we die.” This despite the existence of an unofficial circular “hint” prohibiting leaders of the military and security apparatuses from participating in Hezbollah events.
Where is the state? The state is Hezbollah
We will not ask where the state is, because it is Hezbollah and Berri and the deep state. That is, the state of the Shiite Duo. This is how it has been since 2005, after the Syrian withdrawal, and this is how it is now under the government of Nawaf Salam and President Joseph Aoun and a government of advisors who are deposits from the Shiite Duo and a quarter of Trojans and Judases.
What confirms this:
A- The withdrawal of the Lebanese delegation from the UN General Assembly hall days ago during the speech of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in an Iranian showmanship move that does not serve Lebanon.
B- Nawaf Salam’s speech at the United Nations was more Palestinian than Lebanese, ignoring the Iranian occupation of Lebanon and the tragedy of the Lebanese.
C- Jean Aziz’s latest article in Just Security magazine, which exposed the duplicity of the official discourse, and the obscenity of Minister Tarek Mitri praising the “Lebaneseness of Hezbollah” despite it being an Iranian army by all standards and international resolutions.
The list goes on, and all of it confirms a complete national deviation of all officials in the state of Hezbollah.
The truth of dual loyalty in the military institution
We recall here what senior Iranian officials and Hezbollah leaders have repeatedly claimed that Shiites in the Lebanese Army, officers and soldiers, receive monthly salaries in dollars from Iran, and that their loyalty is to it and not to Lebanon, and that they will not participate in any military action to strip Hezbollah of its weapons in implementation of international resolutions 1559, 1680, 1701, the Taif Agreement and the Constitution.
The participation of these three officers in Nasrallah’s anniversary proves that this dual loyalty is no longer a secret, but a public display.
The state evades peace
The state, which was forced internationally and regionally to start peace talks with the State of Israel according to the negotiation mechanism and the Framework Agreement, has publicly abandoned this path. It refuses to implement the Framework Agreement, markets Hezbollah’s weapons and covers its occupation, and continues a policy of dissociation from implementing international resolutions.
Conclusion
What is certain is confirmed: Aoun, Salam and Salam’s government are tarabish and Barbara faces, they implement but do not decide. The real ruler remains the Shiite Duo and the deep government.
Hence, we will not be surprised if Joseph Aoun summons the three security officials to Baabda Palace and presents them with medals in appreciation for their anti-state behavior attached to Hezbollah, as he previously did with Rudolph Haykal.
There is no hope or expectation from this state.
What is specifically required from Joseph Aoun and the government of Nawaf Salam is to resign immediately, and place Lebanon under international guardianship and apply Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, otherwise there will be no salvation, no liberation, no independence, and no Lebanon.
