غريب أمرك يا خيي جورج.. كنت أعتقد أنك صحافي عن جد وليس من الذين يتحركون غب فرمانات وتعليمات أحدهم كائناً من كان.. ع الأكيد الأكيد مستواك الصحفي المهني والراقي مفروض ألا يتركك تنحدر إلى صفوف الهوبرجية والمطبلين والقداحين والمداحين. عد إلى حيث يجب أن تكون واترك الهوبرجيي ينفذون فرمانات الرئيس.
أما بالنسبة للأخ ألفريد ماضي فالرجل له ما له وعليه ما عليه ككل عامل بالشأن الاجتماعي والسياسي والعام، ولكن في الخلاصة هو كان من أقرب المقربين إلى الشيخ بشير ومن الذين جاهدوا بفاعلية في بناء مسيرته التاريخية التي نفاخر بها.
يبقى أن ماضي وتاريخ وحاضر وإنجازات المهندس ألفريد ماضي لا يقلل منها حملة تشويه وإهانات صبيانية وشوارعية لا تليق بموقع ودور من يقف وراءها ويحركها وأمر بها…
عيب خيي جورج هذا انحراف مدان أقول بمثله “تلحسون المبرد وتتلذذون بدمائكم لأن الفراد ماضي هو منك وفيكم وقضيته وقضيتنا وقضيتكم هي واحدة مهما تباعدت المواقف”. ولك تحياتي.

Strange is your stance, my brother George.. I used to believe that you are a journalist in earnest and not one of those who move according to the edicts and instructions of someone, whoever he may be.. Most certainly, your professional, elite, and high-standard journalistic level should have not let you sink into the ranks of the “hooubarjiya,” hypocrites, inciters, and panegyrists. Return to where you must be and let the “hooubarjiya” execute the boss’s edicts. As for Alfred Madi, the man has his merits and demerits like anyone working in social, political, and public affairs, but in short, he was one of the closest confidants to Sheikh Bashir and one of those who effectively struggled to build his historical legacy of which we are proud.
The fact remains that Madi’s history, present, and the achievements of Alfred Madi are not going to be diminished by a campaign of defamation, childish and street-style insults that do not befit the position of the one who stands behind them, stirs them up, and ordered them…
It is a shame, my dear George, that this conduct is a condemned deviation. Regarding it, I say: ‘You lick the rasp and relish in your own blood, because Madi is of you and in you, while the national cause we struggle for is the same, no matter how distant our current positions become.’
