رسالة القدّيس بولس الثانية إلى أهل قورنتس02/من02حتى11/:”يا إخوَتِي، إِنِّي جَزَمْتُ بِهذَا في نَفْسِي أَلاَّ أَعُودَ إِلَيْكُم عَلى حُزْنٍ: لأَنِّي إِنْ كُنْتُ أَنَا أُحْزِنُكُم، فَمَنْ يُفَرِّحُنِي غَيْرُ الَّذي أُحْزِنُهُ؟ وقَدْ كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكُم بِهذَا، لِئَلاَّ أَلْقَى عِنْدَ قُدُومِي حُزْنًا مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَانَ يَنْبَغِي أَنْ أَفْرَحَ بِهِم. وأَنَا عَلى يَقِينٍ مِنْ جِهَتِكُم أَجْمَعِينَ أَنَّ فَرَحِي هُوَ فَرَحُكُم جَمِيعًا. فَمِنَ الضِّيقِ الشَّدِيد، وكآبَةِ القَلْب، كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكُم بِدُمُوعٍ غَزِيرَة، لا لِتَحْزَنُوا، بَلْ لِتَعْرِفُوا مِقْدَارَ حُبِّي العَظِيمِ لَكُم. وإِذَا كَانَ أَحَدٌ قَدْ أَحْزَنَنِي، فَما أَحْزَنَنِي أَنَا وَحْدِي، بَلْ أَحْزَنَكُم جَمِيعًا بَعْضَ الحُزْن، وأَقُولُ هذَا بِدُونِ مُبَالَغَة! وَيَكْفِي مِثْلَ هذَا الرَّجُلِ ذَاكَ التَّوبِيخُ الَّذي نَالَهُ مِنَ الأَكْثَرِين. أَمَّا الآنَ فَٱلأَحْرَى بِكُم أَنْ تُسَامِحُوهُ وتُشَجِّعُوه، لِئَلاَّ يَغْرَقَ في الحُزْنِ الشَّدِيد. لِذَلِكَ أُنَاشِدُكُم أَنْ تُؤَكِّدُوا لَهُ مَحَبَّتَكُم. وإِنَّمَا كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكُم بِهذَا لأَخْتَبِرَكُم إِذَا كُنْتُم مُطِيعِينَ في كُلِّ شَيء. فَمَنْ تُسَامِحُوهُ بِشَيءٍ أُسَامِحْهُ أَنَا أَيْضًا؛ لأَنِّي إِنْ كُنْتُ قَدْ سَامَحْتُ بِشَيء، فقَدْ سَامَحْتُ بِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِكُم في حَضْرَةِ المَسِيح،لِئَلاَّ يَخْدَعَنَا الشَّيْطَان، ونَحْنُ لا نَجْهَلُ مَقَاصِدَهُ”.

For if I cause you pain, who is there to make me glad but the one whom I have pained
Second Letter to the Corinthians 02/01-11/:”So I made up my mind not to make you another painful visit. For if I cause you pain, who is there to make me glad but the one whom I have pained? And I wrote as I did, so that when I came, I might not suffer pain from those who should have made me rejoice; for I am confident about all of you, that my joy would be the joy of all of you. For I wrote to you out of much distress and anguish of heart and with many tears, not to cause you pain, but to let you know the abundant love that I have for you. But if anyone has caused pain, he has caused it not to me, but to some extent not to exaggerate it to all of you. This punishment by the majority is enough for such a person; so now instead you should forgive and console him, so that he may not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. So I urge you to reaffirm your love for him. I wrote for this reason: to test you and to know whether you are obedient in everything. Anyone whom you forgive, I also forgive. What I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, has been for your sake in the presence of Christ. And we do this so that we may not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.”

فقَالَ لَهُمَا: «إِتْبَعَانِي فَأَجْعَلَكُمَا صَيَّادَيْنِ لِلنَّاس».فتَرَكَا الشِّبَاكَ حَالاً، وتَبِعَاه
إنجيل القدّيس متّى04/من18حتى25/:”فيمَا كَانَ يَسُوعُ مَاشِيًا عَلى شَاطِئِ بَحْرِ الجَلِيل، رَأَى أَخَوَيْن، سِمْعَانَ الَّذي يُدْعَى بُطْرُس، وأَنْدرَاوُسَ أَخَاه، وهُمَا يُلْقِيَانِ الشَّبَكَةَ في البَحْر، لأَنَّهُمَا كَانَا صَيَّادَيْن.فقَالَ لَهُمَا: «إِتْبَعَانِي فَأَجْعَلَكُمَا صَيَّادَيْنِ لِلنَّاس».فتَرَكَا الشِّبَاكَ حَالاً، وتَبِعَاه. ولَمَّا جَازَ مِنْ هُنَاك، رَأَى أَخَوَيْنِ آخَرَيْن، يَعْقُوبَ بْنَ زَبَدَى، ويُوحَنَّا أَخَاه، في السَّفِينَةِ مَعَ زَبَدَى أَبِيهِمَا، وهُمَا يُصْلِحَانِ شِبَاكَهُمَا، فَدَعَاهُمَا. فَتَرَكا حَالاً ٱلسَّفِينَةَ وأَبَاهُمَا، وتَبِعَاه. وكانَ يَسُوعُ يَطُوفُ كُلَّ الجَلِيل، يُعَلِّمُ في مَجَامِعِهم، ويَكْرِزُ بإِنْجِيلِ المَلَكُوت، ويَشْفِي الشَّعْبَ مِنْ كُلِّ مَرَضٍ وكُلِّ عِلَّة. وذَاعَ صِيتُهُ في سُورِيَّا كُلِّها، فَحَمَلُوا إِلَيْهِ جَمِيعَ مَنْ كَانَ بِهِم سُوء، مُصَابِينَ بِأَمْرَاضٍ وأَوْجَاعٍ مُخْتَلِفَة، ومَمْسُوسِينَ ومَصْرُوعِينَ ومَفْلُوجِين، فَشَفَاهُم. وتَبِعَتْهُ جُمُوعٌ كَثِيْرَةٌ مِنَ الجَلِيل، والمُدُنِ العَشْر، وأُورَشَليم، واليَهُودِيَّة، وعِبْرِ الأُرْدُنّ.”

Follow me, and I will make you fish for people.’ Immediately they left their nets and followed him
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 04/18-25/:”As he walked by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the lake for they were fishermen. And he said to them, ‘Follow me, and I will make you fish for people.’ Immediately they left their nets and followed him. As he went from there, he saw two other brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother John, in the boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets, and he called them. Immediately they left the boat and their father, and followed him. Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and curing every disease and every sickness among the people. So his fame spread throughout all Syria, and they brought to him all the sick, those who were afflicted with various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics, and paralytics, and he cured them. And great crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from beyond the Jordan.
