هُمْ لَيْسُوا مِنَ العَالَم، كَمَا أَنِّي لَسْتُ مِنَ العَالَم. قَدِّسْهُم في الحَقّ/They do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth

هُمْ لَيْسُوا مِنَ العَالَم، كَمَا أَنِّي لَسْتُ مِنَ العَالَم. قَدِّسْهُم في الحَقّ
إنجيل القدّيس يوحنّا17/من14حتى19/:”قالَ الرَبُّ يَسوع: « يا أبتِ، أَنَا وَهَبْتُ لَهُم كَلِمَتَكَ، فَأَبْغَضَهُمُ العَالَم، لأَنَّهُم لَيْسُوا مِنَ العَالَم، كَمَا أَنِّي لَسْتُ مِنَ العَالَم. لا أَسْأَلُ أَنْ تَرْفَعَهُم مِنَ العَالَم، بَلْ أَنْ تَحْفَظَهُم مِنَ الشِّرِّير. هُمْ لَيْسُوا مِنَ العَالَم، كَمَا أَنِّي لَسْتُ مِنَ العَالَم. قَدِّسْهُم في الحَقّ. كَلِمَتُكَ هِيَ الحَقّ. كَمَا أَرْسَلْتَنِي إِلى العَالَم، أَنَا أَيْضًا أَرْسَلْتُهُم إِلى العَالَم. وأَنَا أُقَدِّسُ ذَاتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهِم، لِيَكُونُوا هُم أَيْضًا مُقَدَّسِينَ في الحَقّ.”

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John 17/14-19/:”I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. I am not asking you to take them out of the world, but I ask you to protect them from the evil one. They do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth. As you have sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, so that they also may be sanctified in truth.”

فَنَحْنُ نَعْرِفُ الَّذي قَال: «لِيَ الٱنْتِقَامُ، أَنَا أُجَازِي»، وقال: «إِنَّ الرَّبَّ سَيَدِينُ شَعْبَهُ».
الرسالة إلى العبرانيّين10/من26حتى31/:”يا إِخوَتي، إِنْ نَخْطَأْ عَمْدًا، بَعْدَ أَنْ نِلْنَا مَعْرِفَةَ الحَقّ، فلا يَبْقَى مِن بَعْدُ ذَبيحَةٌ عَنِ الخَطايَا، بَلِ ٱنْتِظَارٌ رَهِيبٌ لِلدَّيْنُونَة، وَلَهِيبُ نَارٍ يَلْتَهِمُ المُعَانِدِين. مَنْ خَالَفَ شَرِيعَةَ مُوسَى يُقْتَلُ بِلا رَحْمَة، بِشَهَادَةِ ٱثْنَيْنِ أَو ثَلاثَة، فَكَم تَظُنُّونَ يَسْتَوجِبُ عِقَابًا أَشَدّ، مَنْ دَاسَ ٱبْنَ الله، وحَسِبَ دَمَ العَهْد، الَّذي تَقَدَّسَ بِهِ، نَجِسًا، وأَهَانَ رُوحَ النِّعْمَة؟! فَنَحْنُ نَعْرِفُ الَّذي قَال: «لِيَ الٱنْتِقَامُ، أَنَا أُجَازِي»، وقال: «إِنَّ الرَّبَّ سَيَدِينُ شَعْبَهُ». رَهِيبٌ هوَ الوُقُوعُ في يَدَيِ ٱللهِ الحَيّ!

For we know the one who said, ‘Vengeance is mine, I will repay.’ And again, ‘The Lord will judge his people
Letter to the Hebrews 10/26-31/:”If we wilfully persist in sin after having received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgement, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries. Anyone who has violated the law of Moses dies without mercy ‘on the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ How much worse punishment do you think will be deserved by those who have spurned the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant by which they were sanctified, and outraged the Spirit of grace? For we know the one who said, ‘Vengeance is mine, I will repay.’ And again, ‘The Lord will judge his people.’It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God
