فادي داوود لصوت لبنان وشاشة vdl24: التصريحات الأميركية المتناقضة.. وساطة خليجية أم ضغط إيراني؟

رأى العميد الركن المغوار فادي داوود في خلال حديث ضمن برنامج “مانشيت المساء” عبر صوت لبنان وشاشةVDL24 أن ما من حروب تقليدية بوجود التطور التكنولوجي والذكاء الاصطناعي، والذكاء البشري لم يعد له مكان اليوم أمام هذه الثورة التكنولوجية، معتبرا أن الحرب كان يجب حسمها من قبل إسرائيل، إنّما جرى إطالة أمدها للوصول الى غايات معينة، لافتا الى ان رئيس وزراء إسرائيل بنيامين نتنياهو اعترف بـ”أرض الصومال” مقابل وعد منها باستقبال سكان غزة، ولكن لا نعرف إن كانت الدول العربية سترضى بذلك، إنّما الكل أصبح ينادي بالحل. وقال:”ما نراه اليوم هو إرساء لنظام عالمي جديد، ولا نعلم إن كان سينجح أم سيفشل، والأميركي لديه استراتيجيات يضعها ويعمل على تحقيقها، والعمل الذي قام به الرئيس دونالد ترامب في فنزويلا والنتيجة التي خرج بها حققت له أرباحا ضخمة، فحتى إيران البعيدة عنها تأثرت بها وأصبحت تدافع عن نفسها إقليميا”. وعن مجريات الأحداث في إيران وخروج ترامب أمس للقول أن الاعدامات تراجعت، لفت الى ان النائب الأميركي ليندسي غراهام صرّح ان الولايات المتحدة ستعتمد ضد إيران العمليات النفسية والسيبرانية والعسكرية، أي ما جرى قبيل كلام ترامب أمس حربا نفسية . وأضاف: “التصريحات الأميركية المتناقضة لا تخرج عن الحرب النفسية، فإن صدّقنا ان الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب تراجع عن ضرب إيران، فإن ذلك يعني انه حصل على ما يريده، فإما أن الوساطة الخليجية أدّت دورها وإما أن الإيراني أجبره على التراجع”.
وردا على سؤال ، أجاب “ما أخشى منه ان العقل الأميركي يقرأ بالمثل، وهو اعتمد استراتيجية في غزة ونقلها الى سوريا وأخشى ان ينقلها الى لبنان، أو قد يستعمل الاستراتيجية نفسها التي اعتمدها في فنزويلا”.ولفت الى ان القرار بدعم الجيش اللبناني أصبح مشروطا بتقدم تنفيذ خطة حصر السلاح على الأرض، وهذه الخطة مرتبطة بما يجري في إيران ، فجوهر المشكلة في لبنان هو سلاح حزب الله، وبدون الدعم والتكليف الإيراني لا يحتفظ الحزب بسلاحه، مؤكدا انه عندما يُحل الوضع في إيران فإن ذلك سينعكس إيجابا على ملف السلاح في لبنان. وأضاف:”الجيش سيلتزم بالخطة التي التزم بها، والغطاء السياسي لها لا يسمح بتغيير في مضمونها “.
وردا على سؤال، أكد أن الضربات الموجعة التي تلقاها الحزب كان لها تأثير كبير على إيران، ومشددًا على ان الأهم من الانتصار في المعركة العسكرية هو البقاء والاستمرار في الحياة على الأرض.
ورأى ان كلام الرئيس جوزاف عون في مقابلته عبر شاشة “تلفزيون لبنان” تأكيد وتثبيت لما ورد في خطاب القسم؟. وختم بالتأكيد ان سلاح الحزب لم يحمِ لبنان، وما تبيّن ان كل المعادلات التي كان ينادي بها الحزب “وهمية”، والقتال ليس استشهادا فهناك مبادئ والثابت في التاريخ انه متغير، والمهم استمرار الشعوب في حياتها.

During an interview on the “Manchet Al-Masa” program via Voice of Lebanon and VDL24, Retired Commando Brigadier General Fadi Daoud stated that conventional wars no longer exist in the presence of technological advancement and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He noted that human intelligence no longer has a place in the face of this technological revolution.
He considered that the war should have been settled by Israel; however, it was prolonged to achieve specific goals. He pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recognized “Somaliland” in exchange for a promise to receive the residents of Gaza, though it remains unclear if Arab countries will accept this, despite everyone now calling for a solution.
Daoud stated: “What we are witnessing today is the establishment of a New World Order, and we do not know whether it will succeed or fail. The Americans have strategies they set and work to achieve. The work President Donald Trump did in Venezuela and the resulting outcome brought him massive profits; even Iran, which is far from it, was affected and began defending itself regionally.”
Regarding the events in Iran and Trump’s statement yesterday that executions have decreased, Daoud noted that U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham declared the United States would employ psychological, cyber, and military operations against Iran. This suggests that what preceded Trump’s comments yesterday was a form of “psychological warfare.”
He added: “The contradictory American statements are part of psychological warfare. If we believe that U.S. President Donald Trump has backed down from striking Iran, it means he got what he wanted—either Gulf mediation played its role, or the Iranians forced him to retreat.”
In response to a question, he replied: “What I fear is that the American mind reads by analogy. They adopted a strategy in Gaza, moved it to Syria, and I fear they will transfer it to Lebanon, or perhaps use the same strategy they employed in Venezuela.”
He pointed out that the decision to support the Lebanese Army has become conditional on the progress of the plan to confine weapons on the ground. This plan is linked to what is happening in Iran, as the core of the problem in Lebanon is Hezbollah’s weaponry. Without Iranian support and mandate, the party would not retain its arms. He emphasized that once the situation in Iran is resolved, it will reflect positively on the weapons file in Lebanon. He added: “The Army will adhere to the plan it committed to, and the political cover for it does not allow for any change in its content.”Responding to another question, he stressed that the painful blows received by Hezbollah had a significant impact on Iran, emphasizing that surviving and continuing life on the ground is more important than a military victory.
He viewed General Joseph Aoun’s remarks in his interview on “Télé Liban” as a confirmation and reinforcement of what was stated in the presidential inaugural speech. He concluded by asserting that Hezbollah’s weapons did not protect Lebanon, and it has become clear that all the “equations” the party advocated for were “illusory.” He noted that fighting is not just about martyrdom; there are principles, and the only constant in history is change. The most important thing is for people to continue their lives.
