المشهد حول البدء بتسلّم السلاح الفلسطيني وتناقض المواقف الصادرة عن المسؤولين اللبنانيين والفلسطينيين حول العنوان الحقيقي للحدث سيُعطي إسرائيل مبرّرًا كي لا تثق بنوايا الحكم في لبنان وقدرته على الالتزام الجدّي بتنفيذ القرار المتعلّق بحصرية السلاح بيد الدولة اللبنانية،
السؤال المقلق أننا بدأنا نشهد نهاية المسرحية ولا نملك فترة سماح للتلهي خاصّة وأنّ المشرق في طور ولادة جديدة، وأخشى أن لا تكون الخاتمة لمصلحة لبنان الرسالة.
إنّ سبب قلقي يعود لما ظهر من مواقف معلنة عن قياديين في الحزب بعدم ثقتهم بقدرة الجيش الوطني على حماية لبنان، ومهاجمة مرجعياتهم الروحية وجمهور بيئتهم لرموز وطنية وطوائفية واتهامهم لهم ولكل مَن يطالب بفرض سيادة الدولة والقانون بالخيانة الوطنية والعمالة متناسين أنّ الأحداث الأخيرة وما انتهت إليه حرب الإسناد أكّدت أنهم مصدر كل خيانة وعمالة، مما يجعلني أتساءل إذا كانوا يعملون كغيرهم من القوى الفاعلة عند ربّ عمل واحد يستثمر بغرائزهم من حيث يدرون أو لا يدرون؟
وفي هذا الاطار أتساءل أيضًا إذا كان الحزب سيُعطى في لبنان دورًا مكمّلاً لما أعطي لغيره في بلدان الجوار ليكون كسيفٍ مسلّطٍ على وحدة الوطن؟
إنّ تساؤلي ينبع من خوفي على وحدة لبنان وديمومة رسالته ومن تقاطع مصالح مَن يسعى لتغيير معالم اتفاقية “سايكس بيكو” لتتلاءم مع مصلحة إسرائيل وديمومتها، مع مصالح صغار القوم الذين لا يدرون ماذا يفعلون؟
غير أنّ تسارع الأحداث واقتناع العالم العربي بأكثريته المسلمة بثقافة السلام الآتي لا محالة، يُعطيني أملاً ويزيدني إصرارًا على النضال من أجل تحصين لبنان الرسالة لأنه سيكون حاجة وضرورة لتعميق معنى السلام الإنساني وتطبيع العلاقة بين شعوب المنطقة إذا ما عرف أن يقوم بدوره بثقة وريادة.
أيها السادة، المسرحية توشك أن تنتهي ولبنان يحتاج سلطة جريئة، رؤيوية، ناضجة وقادرة أن تواكب الحدث،
لا تلعبوا بالنار لأنّ النار ستحرقكم هذه المرة قبل أن تنال من غيركم بسوء.
غدًا يوم آخر.
A Dangerous Charade/The Play of Palestinian Arms Surrender: Contradictory Stances from Lebanese and Palestinian Officials

The unfolding scene of the beginning of the Palestinian arms surrender, and the contradictory stances from Lebanese and Palestinian officials regarding the true nature of the event, will give Israel a pretext not to trust the intentions of the government in Lebanon and its ability to seriously commit to implementing the decision regarding the exclusivity of arms in the hands of the Lebanese state.
The disturbing question is that we are beginning to witness the end of the play, and we don’t have a grace period to distract ourselves, especially as the Levant is in the midst of a new birth. I fear that the conclusion will not be in the interest of Lebanon, the message.
The reason for my anxiety stems from the public statements made by leaders in the party expressing their lack of confidence in the national army’s ability to protect Lebanon. Their spiritual authorities and their community’s audience have attacked national and sectarian symbols, accusing them and anyone who calls for imposing state sovereignty and law of national treason and collaboration. They seem to forget that recent events and the outcome of the support war confirmed that they are the source of all treason and collaboration, which makes me wonder if they are working, like other active forces, for a single employer who invests in their instincts, whether they realize it or not.
In this context, I also wonder if the party will be given a complementary role in Lebanon to what has been given to others in neighboring countries, to be a sword hanging over the unity of the nation.
My questioning stems from my fear for Lebanon’s unity and the perpetuity of its message, and from the convergence of interests of those who seek to change the features of the Sykes-Picot Agreement to align with Israel’s interest and its perpetuity, with the interests of the insignificant people who do not know what they are doing.
However, the rapid pace of events and the conviction of the majority of the Arab Muslim world in the culture of peace, which is inevitable, gives me hope and increases my determination to struggle for the fortification of Lebanon, the message, because it will be a need and a necessity to deepen the meaning of human peace and normalize the relationship between the peoples of the region if it knows how to play its role with confidence and leadership.
Gentlemen, the play is about to end, and Lebanon needs a bold, visionary, mature, and capable authority that can keep pace with the event.
Do not play with fire, because this time, the fire will burn you before it harms others.
Tomorrow is another day.
