زار وفد من ” قسد” (قوات سوريا الديمقراطية) برئاسة الاستاذ عبد السلام احمد ” ممثل الادارة الذاتية في لبنان” رئيس “حركة الخيار الآخر” المهندس الفراد ماضي في منزله وبحضور الاستاذ حسان قطب مدير “المركز اللبناني للابحاث والاستشارات” و الاستاذة ريما سعد المنسقة في الحركة.
تداول المجتمعون بالوضعين السياسي والجيو-سياسي في سوريا ولبنان وتاثيرهما على المنطقة ومستقبلها وتم التباحث في تطورات العلاقة بين قسد والنظام السوري الجديد وببقية مكونات المجتمع السوري وارتداداتها على وضع لبنان والحياد وصولا الى تطبيق الفصل السابع بحالة لبنان، والسلام المرتقب في المنطقة. وتم الاتفاق على استكمال البحث في المواضيع المشتركة في اجتماعات لاحقة.
A delegation from the “SDF,” headed by Mr. Abdul Salam Ahmad, the Representative of the Autonomous Administration in Lebanon, met with the Head of the “Alternative Option Movement,” Engineer Alfred Madi.

The head of the “Alternative Option Movement,” Engineer Alfred Madi, issued the following statement:
A delegation from the “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF), headed by Mr. Abdul Salam Ahmad, the “Representative of the Autonomous Administration in Lebanon,” visited the head of the “Alternative Option Movement,” Engineer Alfred Madi, at his residence, in the presence of Mr. Hassan Qutb, Director of the “Lebanese Center for Research and Consulting,” and Ms. Rima Saad, the Movement’s coordinator.
The participants discussed the political and geo-strategic situation in Syria and Lebanon, their impact on the region, and the region’s future.
Talks also covered the latest developments in the relationship between the SDF and the new Syrian regime, as well as with other components of Syrian society, and their repercussions on Lebanon’s situation and neutrality — leading to the possibility of implementing Chapter VII in Lebanon — and the anticipated peace in the region.
It was agreed to continue discussions on these shared topics in future meetings.
