زيارة لاريجاني إلى لبنان هي استفزاز إيراني وقح وإهانة للدولة والشعب الياس بجاني/12 آب/2025
في خطوة تمثل قمة الاستفزاز والوقاحة والهيمنة، يستعد أمين عام المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني، علي لاريجاني، لزيارة لبنان يوم الأربعاء المقبل. هذه الزيارة غير مرحب بها على الإطلاق، بل مرفوضة شعبيًا وسياسيًا ورسمياً من غالبية اللبنانيين، خصوصًا بعد تصريحاته الأخيرة التي تشكل تدخلًا سافرًا في الشأن اللبناني الداخلي وتحديًا صريحًا للدستور والقوانين والقرارات الدولية.
ففي تصريح قاله بفجور وعهر: “إيران لن تسمح بأن يسلم حزب الله سلاحه للدولة اللبنانية”. هذا كلام صريح لرفض تنفيذ الدستور اللبناني، وقرارات مجلس الأمن، وعلى رأسها القرار 1701، واتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار الأخيرة بين لبنان وحزب الله، فضلًا عن كونه إهانة مباشرة لمؤسسات الدولة اللبنانية وجيشها. لم يتوقف الأمر عند لاريجاني، بل سبقه ولحقه مسؤولون إيرانيون آخرون، منهم مستشار المرشد علي خامنئي، الذي قال مؤخرًا: “سلاح حزب الله هو ضمانة قوة لبنان ولن يُسلَّم لأي جهة”، في تصريح يكرّس دور طهران كوصي على لبنان، ويثبت ارتباط حزب الله التام بالمشروع الإيراني، على حساب سيادة الدولة ووحدتها.
أما في الداخل، فقد صعّد قادة حزب الله من لهجتهم التحدّية، حيث صرّح النائب محمد رعد قائلاً: “سلاحنا هو شرفنا ومصيرنا، ومن يطالب بنزعه يطالب بإلغاء وجودنا”، مضيفًا إيحاءات عقائدية–انتحارية على الطريقة الكربلائية، في محاولة لإضفاء قداسة مزعومة على مشروع عسكري–إيراني يدمّر لبنان.
لماذا يجب رفض استقبال لاريجاني؟
لأنه يحرض حزب الله ضد الحكومة اللبنانية ويشرعن سلاحًا غير شرعي يهدد وحدة البلاد وسلمها الأهلي.
لأنه يمثل الذراع الأمنية والعقائدية للمشروع الإيراني في لبنان، الساعي لتحويله إلى قاعدة أمامية للحرس الثوري.
لأن تصريحاته إهانة مباشرة لسيادة لبنان ورئيسه ومؤسساته، ولأن زيارته رسالة تحدٍ للمجتمع الدولي ورفض صريح لتنفيذ القرارات الأممية.
المطلوب فورًا
إصدار قرار حكومي واضح وصريح برفض استقبال علي لاريجاني على الأراضي اللبنانية، وتوجيه رسالة رسمية إلى طهران بأن التدخل في الشأن اللبناني مرفوض كليًا. كما أنه أصبح من الضرورات الوطنية قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية والسياسية مع إيران إلى أن تتوقف عن دعم الميليشيات الإرهابية على حساب الدولة.
يبقى أن إيران هي سرطان ينهش جسد لبنان، وحزب الله هو أداتها القاتلة. إن استئصال هذا السرطان يبدأ برفض أي شرعنة سياسية أو بروتوكولية لرموزه، وبالتحرك الرسمي والشعبي لوقف الاحتلال الإيراني المقنّع بعباءة كذبة وتجارة ما يسمى زورًا “مقاومة”.

In a move that epitomizes provocation, arrogance, and domination, the Secretary-General of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, is set to visit Lebanon next Wednesday. This visit is entirely unwelcome and firmly rejected by most Lebanese—popularly, politically, and officially—especially in light of his recent statements, which amount to blatant interference in Lebanon’s internal affairs and a direct challenge to its constitution, laws, and international obligations.
In a flagrantly insolent and shameless remark, Larijani declared: “Iran will not allow Hezbollah to hand over its weapons to the Lebanese state.” This is an outright rejection of the Lebanese constitution, United Nations Security Council resolutions—chief among them Resolution 1701—and the recent ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Hezbollah. It is also a direct insult to Lebanon’s state institutions and armed forces.
Larijani is not alone. Other Iranian officials, before and after him, have made similar pronouncements. Among them, the Supreme Leader’s advisor recently claimed: “Hezbollah’s weapons are the guarantee of Lebanon’s strength and will not be handed over to anyone.” Such rhetoric entrenches Tehran’s self-appointed role as Lebanon’s guardian and confirms Hezbollah’s total alignment with the Iranian project—at the expense of the state’s sovereignty and unity.
Inside Lebanon, Hezbollah leaders have only intensified their defiance. MP Mohammad Raad declared: “Our weapons are our honor and our destiny, and whoever demands their removal is demanding the elimination of our existence.” He layered this with Karbala-style doctrinal and suicidal overtones, attempting to sanctify an Iranian-military project that is steadily destroying Lebanon.
Why Larijani’s Visit Must Be Rejected
He incites Hezbollah against the Lebanese government and legitimizes illegal weapons that threaten national unity and civil peace.
He embodies the security and ideological arm of Iran’s project in Lebanon, aimed at transforming it into a forward base for the IRGC.
His statements are a direct insult to Lebanon’s sovereignty, its president, and its institutions—and his visit sends an unmistakable message of defiance to the international community and rejection of UN resolutions.
What Must Be Done Immediately
Lebanon’s government must issue a clear and explicit decision to refuse Larijani’s entry. An official protest should be delivered to Tehran, making it unequivocally clear that interference in Lebanon’s affairs will not be tolerated. Moreover, it has become a national imperative to sever diplomatic and political ties with Iran until it ceases funding and arming terrorist militias at the expense of the Lebanese state.
Iran remains a cancer devouring the body of Lebanon, with Hezbollah as its lethal instrument. Removing this malignancy begins by denying political or protocol legitimacy to its agents, and by mobilizing both official and popular action to end the Iranian occupation disguised under the false banner of so-called “resistance.”
In conclusion, the majority of Lebanese aspire to peace and to the restoration of their nation’s sovereignty, independence, and freedom. These goals will remain unattainable as long as national decision-making is held hostage in Tehran, as long as Hezbollah’s illegal terrorist and jihadist weapons remain above the law, and as long as visits by Iranian officials take place as though Lebanon were nothing more than a province of the mullahs’ regime.
