Link To A Video Commentary by Dr. Ghazi Al-Masri: “The Druze Tragedy in Sweida, Its Roots, Complexities, and Historical Context Ahmad Al-Sharaa (Al-Julani) is a product of an Anglo-Saxon–Turkish & Qatari Scheme July 22, 2025 It is crucial for the Syrian people—as well as the broader Arab world and Western countries—to understand that Ahmad Al-Sharaa (Al-Julani) is a product of an Anglo-Saxon–Turkish–Qatari agreement that was imposed on other nations under specific conditions. Chief among these conditions is to preserve the Syrian state and ultimately sign a peace treaty with the State of Israel.
However, beneath the surface, each of Al-Sharaa’s backers has its own distinct agenda—none of which aligns with the genuine aspirations of the authentic Syrian people.
Sooner or later, everyone will move to bring down Al-Sharaa, especially after his repeated failures and his obvious inability to fulfill the promises he made both to the Arabs and the West.
The more alarming issue, however, is that the Arab world remains entirely passive—acted upon, not acting. In summary, Syria has effectively become a battlefield for international rivalries, while its people have been reduced to mere tools and disposable instruments. As for the so-called transitional authority, it operates as nothing more than a public employee.

الدرزية كلمة مترجمة حرفيا من اللغة الاغريقية وهي لغة علم والثقافة التي كانت سائدة في الشرق الاوسطقبل العصر العباسي وكلمة دروز تعني حكيم او اهل العلم او اهل المعرفة كما ترجمها سابقا شعوب الشرق من مصر الى فينيقيا الدرزية عقيدة مكونة من رسائل فلسفة علم التكوين لهرمس الهرامسة وفلسفة العقل الكلي والمنطق والوعي للفلاسفة الاغريق وثم رسائل الشرح وهي للارشاد والتوجيه والتي قد تتغير كل ثلاثة اجيال مع تطور الوعي والمعرفة الفردية الدرزية. ليست دين تبشييري ولا سعاة السلطة والسيطرة ولا دين شريعة وفتاوي ولا فيها فروض بتاتا، ولا يوجد خلاف عقائدي مع اي دين لان الدرزية تعتمد على علم التكوين وليس على اساطير السابقين.

الشيخ حكمت الهجري طالب بحماية دولية ولم يسمعهم من العرب والغرب الا اخوتهم دروز اسرائيل الذين يملكون هيبة ومونة على حكومة إسرائيل فضغطوا عليها لمساعدة دروز سوريا. وفي ظل صمت اعلامي ورسمي عربي عن مجازر الساحل ومجازر اشرفية صحنايا واخيرا السويداء تحرك دروز المهجر من البرازيل وكامل امريكا الجنوبية واوروبا وامريكا الشمالية لرفع الصوت وجمع المساعدات لدروز سوريا وتحريك الراي العام الغربي
ممكن تختصر فيها ولكن اضافة ان حراك الدروز في العالم يتم بدعم من جميع المغتربين السوريين من شعوب سوريا الاصيلة القديمة من كورد وعلويين ومسيحيين وسريان وسنة.

Druze is a religion of spiritual calling—a distinct, sovereign doctrine entirely independent from all Abrahamic faiths. The word Druze is derived literally from the Greek language, the historical language of science and culture in the Middle East before the Abbasid era. In Greek, “Druze” means “wise,” “people of knowledge,” or “people of science”—a meaning once widely embraced across ancient Eastern societies, from Egypt to Phoenicia.
The Druze doctrine is composed of philosophical epistles rooted in Hermetic cosmology, along with Greek philosophical thought on universal reason, logic, and consciousness. These are accompanied by interpretive writings offering spiritual guidance and direction, which are revised every three generations to reflect evolving consciousness and the Druze individual’s personal journey toward knowledge.
Druze is not a missionary faith, nor is it a religion of law, fatwas, rituals, or political conquest. It carries no mandatory religious obligations and holds no theological conflict with any other religion, because its foundation lies in cosmological knowledge—not inherited myths.
As for the current Syrian regime or its so-called transitional authorities, they are extremist takfiri organizations rooted in the ideology of Al-Qaeda and ISIS. Their framework and collective memory are based on excommunication, bloodshed, looting, and the enslavement of anyone who differs from them—including moderate Sunnis.
Sheikh Hikmat Al-Hijri called for international protection, but neither Arab nor Western powers responded—except for their brethren, the Druze of Israel. With influence and standing within the Israeli government, they pressured authorities to assist Syria’s Druze community.
Amid deafening silence from Arab media and official institutions regarding the massacres in the coastal regions, Ashrafieh Sahnaya, and now Sweida, the global Druze diaspora—from Brazil, Latin America, Europe, and North America—has mobilized to raise its voice, collect aid, and rally Western public opinion in support of Syria’s Druze. This Druze awakening is also supported by Syrian expatriates from all of Syria’s original ethnic groups: Kurds, Alawites, Christians, Syriacs, and Sunnis—who stand united in solidarity with the persecuted Druze.
