القى رئيس تحرير الاخبار في المؤسسة اللبنانية للارسال الصحافي جان فغالي الضوء على مخالفة الرئيس نبيه بريّ لمضمون نص الدستور اللبناني واتفاق الطائف القائل بـ”اجراء استحقاق الانتخابات النيابية وفقا لقاعدة “المحافظة” واعادة النظر في التقسيمات الادارية”، واصفا اياه (اي بريّ) بـ” ملك الارانب السحرية” في اشارة الى تقديم النائب علي حسن خليل يوم امس مشروع قانون انتخابي يقوم على اساس لبنان دائرة واحدة، لافتا الى اتكاز القوانين الانتخابية المعمول بها (منذ العام 1992 الى يومنا هذا) على تقليم اظافر ابناء الطائفة المسيحية دون سواها وعدم البتّ بآلية تطبيق بند “الميغاسنتر”، مفضلا اعتماد لبنان الدائرة الصغرى ومبدأ الـ”one man vote”، مسجلا عدم احترام من اسماهم بـ”مستغلي فائض القوة” لواقع حال شغور مقعد مؤسس حزب”الكتائب”اللبنانية بيار الجميل النيابي في الاشرفية وكميل شمعون في الشوف(في العام 1992) للاتيان بالنائبين غسان مطر وجان عبيد(ممثلو الحزب القومي السوري الاجتماعي).
وفي ما خص تطور ملف التحضير للانتخابات البلدية في العاصمة بيروت، كشف فغالي النقاب عن عدم احترام البعض للصوت المسيحي، ما سيؤدي الى وجوب اخذ قرار حاسم بالتمنع عن دفع (اسوة ببعض المناطق اللبنانية) الرسوم والضرائب المستحقة على ابناء الاشرفية والرميل ومار مخايل وغيرها وصولا الى اعلان المقاطعة الكاملة والشاملة المعالم.
وفي مقلب اخر، شدد فغالي على وقوف القيمين على حزب الله امام مأزق حقيقي، بحيث يعمدون الى احناء رؤوسهم لحين انقضاء العاصفة، مطالبا بضرورة عدم اللجوء الى سياسة “التذاكي والتشاطر” ما سيدخل البلاد “في الزجاج” ويجعلها تدفع الثمن غاليا على خلفية تمنع الحزب عن نزع سلاحه ووضع حد لظاهرة تفلت عمليات تهريب الاموال والذخائر والمواد المخدرة والاستهلاكية الاخرى، مشيرا الى مهاجمة الثنائي الشيعي للرئيس نواف سلام بعيد اجراء حديث خاص عبر محطة”العربية”السعودية، ما يعدّ رسالة تهديد بحد ذاتها.
وربطا، اكد فغالي على وجود ضوء اخضر اميركيا قد اعطي لاسرائيل(سيما بعيد اطلاق الصواريخ جنوبا) يجيز لها معاودة حربها على لبنان، مسجلا احتمال قصف العاصمة بيروت في خلال الاسبوع الفائت، لولا لجّم سلة اتصالات الرئيس جوزف عون الامر، ما يستوجب ضرب مؤسسة الجيش اللبناني بيد من حديد على طول جنوب وشمال نهر الليطاني وتطبيق مضمون اتفاق وقف اطلاق النار الموقعّ من قبل وزراء الثنائي الشيعي ابان حكومة نجيب ميقاتي.
وختاما، وصف فغالي مضمون خطاب امين عام حزب الله الاخير، حيث اكد على ترميم المقاومة لنفسها بـ”الهزلي وغير المنطقي والمشكك بقدرة الدولة اللبنانية” لجهة ضبطها لاواصر الامن والاستقرار على جبهة الحدود الجنوبية واعطاء اسرائيل الذرائع لعمل ما تريده، مطالبا القيمين على العهد الجديد بالاعلان عن مضمون التحقيق الذي تم اجراءه في ما خص واقعة اطلاق الصواريخ المشار اليها اعلاه”.

Feghali highlighted that Lebanon’s electoral laws since 1992 have been systematically designed to disempower Christian representation, clipping their political influence while failing to implement the “megacenter” voting mechanism. He stressed the need to adopt a small-district system with a ‘one man, one vote’ principle to ensure proper representation. Feghali also criticized the continued disregard for historical parliamentary vacancies—such as those left by Pierre Gemayel in Achrafieh and Camille Chamoun in Chouf (1992)—which were exploited to install Syrian-backed MPs like Ghassan Matar and Jean Obeid, representatives of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party.
On the upcoming municipal elections in Beirut, Feghali revealed the deliberate marginalization of Christian votes, warning that this will likely lead to a widespread boycott, particularly in Achrafieh, Rmeil, and Mar Mikhael, where residents may refuse to pay fees and taxes in response to their disenfranchisement.

Turning to Hezbollah’s current predicament, Feghali stated that the group’s leadership is merely bowing to the storm but has not changed its core objectives. Feghali condemned Hezbollah’s policies of smuggling money, arms, drugs, and consumer goods, warning that the group’s reckless behavior will push Lebanon toward catastrophe. Feghali dismissed Hezbollah Secretary-General Michel Aoun’s latest speech—where he claimed that the resistance has “restored its self-defense”—as nothing more than a dangerous and illogical farce. He asserted that such rhetoric undermines the Lebanese state’s ability to maintain security and stability on the southern border, ultimately giving Israel a pretext to act freely.
Feghali concluded by demanding that Lebanon’s new government publicly disclose the results of its investigation into the recent rocket launch incidents, which could have triggered a full-scale conflict.
