نجح رئيس حكومة سابق بخلق فجوة بين رئيس البلاد ورئيس الحكومة لتعطيل اندفاعة العهد ومنع استكمال مسيرة الإصلاح واسترداد السيادة كاملة، تناسوا جميعًا أننا لم نعد في تسعينات القرن الماضي ولا في بداية القرن الواحد والعشرين بل دخلنا عصرًا جديدًا لا حاجة فيه لقادة يعملون لمصلحة الغير على استنزاف ما تبقى من مقدرات الوطن،
دولة الرئيس نواف سلام، ناقشت الثنائي الشيعي في التعيينات ورضخت لمشيئته، استهواك فقط التطاول على المواقع المسيحية، لا عجب، لطالما اعتاد رعاتك ومشغلك على ذلك وعلى الرضوخ لسطوة السلاح ولجوع التسلّط،

Former Minister Youssef Salameh issued the following statement:
A former PM, deliberately engineered a rift between the president and the PM, obstructing the presidency’s momentum to derail the reform process and prevent the full restoration of sovereignty. They all seem to forget that Lebanon is no longer trapped in the 1990s or the early 21st century. We have entered a new era—one that no longer tolerates leaders who serve foreign interests while draining what remains of the nation’s resources.
PM,r Nawaf Salameh, you negotiated appointments with the Shiite duo and surrendered to their dictates, yet you found no hesitation in attacking Christian positions. No surprise there—your backers and patrons have long been accustomed to submission before the power of arms and the insatiable thirst for control.
Mr. PM, Lebanon does not need another complicit figure. It needs a leader who embodies the true essence of the Taif Accord, not its falsifications. We need another Riad Solh—not another Fouad Siniora, with all due respect. Tread carefully; the road is laden with perilous pitfalls.
