الأحد الجديد: ظهور يسوع للتلاميذ وتوما معهم:هَاتِ إِصْبَعَكَ إِلى هُنَا، وٱنْظُرْ يَدَيَّ. وهَاتِ يَدَكَ، وضَعْهَا في جَنْبِي. ولا تَكُنْ غَيْرَ مُؤْمِنٍ بَلْ كُنْ مُؤْمِنًا!
إنجيل القدّيس يوحنّا26:/من26حتى31/بَعْدَ ثَمَانِيَةِ أَيَّام، كَانَ تَلامِيذُ يَسُوعَ ثَانِيَةً في البَيْت، وتُومَا مَعَهُم. جَاءَ يَسُوع، والأَبْوَابُ مُغْلَقَة، فَوَقَفَ في الوَسَطِ وقَال: «أَلسَّلامُ لَكُم!». ثُمَّ قَالَ لِتُومَا: «هَاتِ إِصْبَعَكَ إِلى هُنَا، وٱنْظُرْ يَدَيَّ. وهَاتِ يَدَكَ، وضَعْهَا في جَنْبِي. ولا تَكُنْ غَيْرَ مُؤْمِنٍ بَلْ كُنْ مُؤْمِنًا!». أَجَابَ تُومَا وقَالَ لَهُ: «رَبِّي وإِلهِي!». قَالَ لَهُ يَسُوع: «لأَنَّكَ رَأَيْتَنِي آمَنْت؟ طُوبَى لِمَنْ لَمْ يَرَوا وآمَنُوا!». وصَنَعَ يَسُوعُ أَمَامَ تَلامِيذِهِ آيَاتٍ أُخْرَى كَثِيرَةً لَمْ تُدَوَّنْ في هذَا الكِتَاب. وإِنَّمَا دُوِّنَتْ هذِهِ لِكَي تُؤْمِنُوا أَنَّ يَسُوعَ هُوَ المَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ ٱلله، ولِكَي تَكُونَ لَكُم، إِذَا آمَنْتُم، الحَيَاةُ بِٱسْمِهِ.

John20/14-29/Now Thomas (also known as Didymus, one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!”But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.” A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!”Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَة، إِفْرَحُوا، وَٱسْعَوا إِلى الكَمَال، وتَشَجَّعُوا، وكُونُوا عَلى رَأْيٍ وَاحِد، وعِيشُوا في سَلام، وإِلهُ المَحَبَّةِ والسَّلامِ يَكُونُ مَعَكُم
“رسالة القدّيس بولس الثانية إلى أهل قورنتس13/من05حتى13/:”يا إخوَتِي، إِخْتَبِرُوا أَنْفُسَكُم، هَلْ أَنْتُم رَاسِخُونَ في الإِيْمَان. إِمْتَحِنُوا أَنْفُسَكُم. أَلا تَعْرِفُونَ أَنَّ المَسِيحَ يَسُوعَ فِيكُم؟ إِلاَّ إِذَا كُنْتُم مَرْفُوضِين! أَرْجُو أَنْ تَعْرِفُوا أَنَّنا نَحْنُ لَسْنا مَرْفُوضِين! ونُصَلِّي إِلى ٱللهِ كَيْ لا تَفْعَلُوا أَيَّ شَرّ، لا لِنَظْهَرَ نَحْنُ مَقْبُولِين، بَلْ لِكَي تَفْعَلُوا أَنْتُمُ الخَيْر، ونَكُونَ نَحْنُ كَأَنَّنا مَرْفُوضُون! فَإِنَّنا لا نَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ نَفْعَلَ شَيْئًا ضِدَّ الحَقّ، بَلْ لأَجْلِ الحَقّ! َجَلْ، إِنَّنا نَفْرَحُ عِنْدَما نَكُونُ نَحْنُ ضُعَفَاء، وتَكُونُونَ أَنْتُم أَقْوِيَاء. مِنْ أَجْلِ هذَا أَيْضًا نُصَلِّي لِكَي تَكُونُوا كَامِلِين. أَكْتُبُ هذَا وأَنا غَائِب، لِئَلاَّ أُعَامِلَكُم بِقَسَاوَةٍ وأَنا حَاضِر، بِالسُّلْطَانِ الَّذي أَعْطَانِي إِيَّاهُ الرَّبّ، لِبُنْيَانِكُم لا لِهَدْمِكُم.وبَعْدُ، أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَة، إِفْرَحُوا، وَٱسْعَوا إِلى الكَمَال، وتَشَجَّعُوا، وكُونُوا عَلى رَأْيٍ وَاحِد، وعِيشُوا في سَلام، وإِلهُ المَحَبَّةِ والسَّلامِ يَكُونُ مَعَكُم! سَلِّمُوا بَعْضُكُم عَلى بَعْضٍ بِقُبْلَةٍ مُقَدَّسَة. جَمِيعُ القِدِّيسِينَ يُسَلِّمُونَ عَلَيْكُم. نِعْمَةُ الرَّبِّ يَسُوعَ المَسِيح، ومَحَبَّةُ ٱلله، وَشَرِكَةُ الرُّوحِ القُدُسِ مَعَكُم أَجْمَعِين”!

Agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Second Letter to the Corinthians 13/5-13: “Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? unless, indeed, you fail to pass the test! I hope you will find out that we have not failed. But we pray to God that you may not do anything wrong not that we may appear to have passed the test, but that you may do what is right, though we may seem to have failed. For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth. For we rejoice when we are weak and you are strong. This is what we pray for, that you may become perfect. So I write these things while I am away from you, so that when I come, I may not have to be severe in using the authority that the Lord has given me for building up and not for tearing down. Finally, brothers and sisters, farewell. Put things in order, listen to my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the saints greet you. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.
