بيان 14 آذار مستمرون: الترهيب السياسي والقضائي جريمة سياسية ترتكبها السلطة السياسية في حق المعارضة

عقدت الهيئة المركزية لـ”14 آذار – مستمرون” اجتماعها الأسبوعي، وأصدرت البيان الآتي:
لقد ابتدعت السلطة الحاكمة في لبنان مفهوما جديدا للارهاب السياسي تمثل في ادعاء الحزب الحاكم على 400 سياسي واعلامي ومواطن دفعة واحدة على خلفية المواجهة السياسية في ملفات الهدر والفساد بين السلطة ومعارضيها.
إن الترهيب السياسي والقضائي يعتبر جريمة سياسية موصوفة ترتكبها السلطة السياسية في حق المعارضة النيابية والسياسية والاعلامية والشعبية، تتطلب من النقابات ولا سيما نقابات الصحافة والمحررين والمحامين ووسائل الإعلام وغيرها من جمعيات المجتمع المدني وحقوق الإنسان تحركات فورية وحاسمة للتصدي للإنقلاب الموصوف على الدستور والقانون الذي تسعى السلطة الى فرضه بقوة الترهيب.
إن تلكؤ الهيئات النقابية والجمعيات والأحزاب والقوى السياسية عن مواجهة “إرهاب السلطة” يستدعي التوجه الى المجتمع الدولي ومؤسسات حقوق الانسان وصولا الى المحاكم الدولية المختصة بحقوق الإنسان، لطلب وضع السلطة اللبنانية عند حدها ومنع تماديها في استهداف شعبها وقهر قواه الحية.
إن الاشهر الاولى من حكم سلطة التسوية أظهرت نية واضحة لهذه السلطة بفرض هيمنتها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بعد هيمنتها على المؤسسات الدستورية ومحاولة تسخير القضاء في خدمة مصالحها، خلافا للدستور والقوانين من خلال ممارسات تذكر بممارسات النظام الامني اللبناني-السوري الذي تحكم في لبنان واللبنانيين على مدى خمس عشرة سنة. لذلك فإن اللبنانيين مدعوون الى التحرك في مواجهة السلطة الساعية، عشية الانتخابات النيابية المفترضة، الى ضرب الحريات العامة والخاصة والمعارضة السياسية والشعبية، ومصادرة حقوق الناس في اختيار من يمثلهم نيابيا ووزاريا ورئاسيا”.

The March 14 Moustamerroun group of activists denounced Wednesday what they called “political terrorism” and “state terrorism,” after Energy Minister Cesar Abi Khalil of the Free Patriotic Movement filed a lawsuit against those who have “launched accusations against the energy minister and his political group” in connection with the power ships file.
“The ruling class in Lebanon has invented a new type of political terrorism represented in the lawsuit filed by the ‘ruling party’ against 400 politicians, journalists and citizens in connection with the political confrontation between the ruling class and its opponents over the files of corruption and public funds waste,” said the group in a statement issued after its weekly meeting.
Calling for “immediate and decisive steps to confront the blatant coup against the law and Constitution,” the activists warned that “the reluctance of syndicates, civil society groups and political parties and forces from confronting the state’s terrorism would require resorting to the international community, human rights institutions and international courts to rein in the Lebanese ruling class.”
The group decried that the first months of “the rule of the settlement government” was characterized by “its clear intention to control social media.”
The activists also accused the ruling class of seeking to “employ the judiciary in the service of its own interests in contravention of the Constitution and the law,” adding that “such practices are reminiscent of the practices of the Lebanese-Syrian security apparatus that controlled Lebanon and the Lebanese for 15 years.”
