ناشطو “14 آذار – مستمرون”: رسالة “الرؤساء الخمسة” مساهمة جريئة في إسقاط جدار الصمت

عقد ناشطو “14 آذار – مستمرون” اجتماعهم الدوري الأسبوعي في فندق “البريستول”، وبحثوا في التطورات السياسية والإقتصادية الداخلية وموضوع القمة العربية، بحضور منى فياض، الياس الزغبي، سمر الحلبي، نضال أبو شاهين، سيمون درغام، زياد خليفة، أسعد بشارة، سلمان المغربي، رامي فنج، رجينا قنطرة، يوسف الدويهي، مهى معوض، غريس مبارك، أنطونيا الدويهي، بسام القادري ونوفل ضو.

وأشار بيان أصدره المجتمعون على الاثر، الى أنهم “ثمنوا مبادرة الرئيسين أمين الجميل وميشال سليمان ورؤساء الحكومة السابقين: فؤاد السنيورة، نجيب ميقاتي وتمام سلام، بتوجيه رسالة إلى القمة العربية تعبر عن إصرار اللبنانيين على ضمان الشرعيتين العربية والدولية لسيادة دولتهم واستقلالها وحرية قرارها، وهم يرون في الرسالة المذكورة وتمسكها باتفاق الطائف ولا سيما في الشق السيادي وبالقرار 1701 وغيره من القرارات الدولية الخاصة بلبنان وبإعلان بعبدا، مساهمة جريئة في إسقاط جدار الخوف وخرق جدار الصمت الذي يحاول حزب الله فرضه على اللبنانيين في شأن سلاحه وهيمنته على القرار اللبناني. ويؤكدون بأن لبنان بدأ يشهد سلسلة ولو غير منسقة من الخطوات والمواقف الرافضة علنا للخضوع لحزب الله من خلال التسوية الرئاسية والحكومية التي فرضت، ويشددون على ضرورة إجتماع هذه التحركات والمواقف تحت سقف سياسي واحد من خلال إطار تنظيمي محدد لإطلاق معركة إستعادة سيادة لبنان وإستقلاله وحريته وهويته التاريخية وإسقاط مشروع إلحاقه بالمحور الإيراني العامل على ضرب إستقرار الدول العربية وأمنها”.

ورفض المجتمعون “استنساخ تجربتي ملء الفراغ في رئاسة الجمهورية وتشكيل الحكومة وتطبيقهما على الإنتخابات النيابية المقبلة فالمطلوب إنتخابات نيابية حرة ونزيهة تكرس التوازن الوطني من خلال تمثيل صحيح وواسع لشرائح المجتمع اللبناني ونسيجه الطائفي والإجتماعي والحزبي والمدني وليس تسوية سياسية جديدة تفرضها موازين القوى التي ينتجها سلاح حزب الله في لبنان وحروب إيران في المنطقة”.

ورأوا ان “تعاطي أركان التسوية المفروضة بسلاح حزب الله مع قانون الإنتخاب تحديدا والعملية الإنتخابية بمجملها من خلال تسويات لا دستورية تفرض من خارج المؤسسات كما حصل مع ملء الشغور الرئاسي وتشكيل الحكومة، سيحول الإنتخابات النيابية المقبلة إلى رشوة سياسية جديدة يتقاضاها بعض رؤساء الكتل في مقابل الإستسلام للاحتلال الإيراني وضريبة سياسية مباشرة تتطلب من اللبنانيين مواجهتها بكل الوسائل السلمية والديمقراطية المتاحة”.

ولفتوا الى أن “رائحة السمسرات والمحاصصات تفوح من عملية التهريب الموصوفة التي قامت بها الحكومة لما سمي بخطة إنقاذ الكهرباء، كما ان البلبلة والغموض رافقا مصير سلسلة الرتب والرواتب ومشروع الضرائب المرفوض وعملية إقرار الموازنة في مجلس الوزراء نتيجة لغياب السياسات الحكومية الواضحة التي على أساسها تتقرر المصاريف والمداخيل”، داعين “المعارضة السياسية والحزبية والمدنية إلى المضي قدما في معركة استعادة السيادة المالية للدولة والإستعداد لجولة جديدة من جولات مواجهة الفساد ورموزه ولو اقتضى الأمر النزول إلى الشارع مرة جديدة”.

The March 14 Moustamerroun group of activists on Wednesday hailed a letter sent by five Lebanese presidents and premiers to the Arab Summit in Jordan as a “bold contribution to toppling the wall of fear and breaking the wall of silence that Hizbullah is trying to impose on the Lebanese regarding its arms and hegemony over the Lebanese decision.”
A statement issued after the activists’ weekly meeting at the Bristol Hotel said the conferees “lauded the initiative of ex-presidents Amin Gemayel and Michel Suleiman and ex-PMs Fouad Saniora, Najib Miqati and Tammam Salam, who sent to the Arab Summit a letter that reflects the insistence of the Lebanese on securing Arab and international legitimacy for the sovereignty and independence of their state and the freedom of its decision.”
“The aforementioned letter and its clinging to the Taef Accord – especially in what relates to sovereignty, Resolution 1701, other U.N. resolutions on Lebanon, and the Baabda Declaration – is a bold contribution to toppling the wall of fear and breaking the wall of silence that Hizbullah is trying to impose on the Lebanese regarding its arms and hegemony over the Lebanese decision,” the statement added.
The March 14 activists voiced their relief that Lebanon has started to witness “a series of steps and stances that are openly rejecting submission to Hizbullah after the presidential and governmental settlement that was imposed.”
“They stress the need to unite these moves and stances under the same political roof through a specific organizational structure, in order to launch the battle for regaining Lebanon’s sovereignty, independence, freedom and historic identity, and to defeat the scheme aiming to add it to the Iranian axis that is seeking to undermine the stability and security of the Arab countries,” the statement said.
Earlier in the day, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri criticized the letter of the former presidents and premiers, accusing them of “forgetting” about Israel’s wars and attacks on Lebanon.
The letter stresses the importance of Lebanon’s commitment to U.N. resolutions, especially Resolution 1701, and tackles controversial issues such as Hizbullah’s arms, the Baabda Declaration, Lebanon’s dissociation policy, the state’s authority over its territory and foreign interference in the Syrian crisis.
Several officials have voiced dismay over the letter and accused the former presidents and premiers of bypassing the country’s president and premier. “There is a train moving forward in Lebanon and those who want to board it are welcome, or else let them stay in their places,” said Prime Minister Saad Hariri on Tuesday when asked about the letter.
Interior Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq for his part described it as a “national sin,” saying “no one should send a statement to the Arab League’s general secretariat about a Lebanese dispute.”
“Let no one try to lecture us about Arabism, Hizbullah’s arms or the Iranian policies,” Mashnouq added.
